After graduating from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA, Fisher attended The Chicago Medical School where he served as Student Council President. He then completed his internship at the prestigious Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Dr. Fisher performed residencies at both Baylor (Otolaryngology) and University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL (Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery).

Dr. Fisher holds numerous certifications including, Diplomate, American Board of Otolaryngology; Florida Board of Medicine; California Board of Medicine; and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. During his distinguished career, Dr. Fisher has been honored for excellence in Basic Science Research at Baylor College of Medicine’s Departments of Dermatology/Molecular and Cellular Biology, and also received Baylor’s Resident Teacher of the Year Award (Otolaryngology).

Dr. Fisher is exceedingly proud to have been inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society as a junior medical student – a rare honor for a third year scholar. He is also a recipient of the Dean's Award for Service to the Community from the Chicago Medical School.

Dr. Fisher is fluent in English and Spanish.
